Our Story
From regional market consulting to applied AI products
Flinders Consulting Pty Ltd is an Australian technology consultancy based in Melbourne. Since 2019, the company has focused on Asia-Pacific FMCG market intelligence, go-to-market research, and data-led advisory work for brands operating across the region.
Across food, beverage, and adjacent consumer categories, we saw a recurring problem: market intelligence was fragmented across reports, spreadsheets, channels, and regional teams. Important decisions were often slowed by delayed reporting and limited analyst capacity.
In 2023, we began turning parts of that consulting and data workflow into AI-native products. Claude became a foundation for natural-language analysis, while our regional market context shaped how the tools were designed and evaluated.
Today we operate two product lines: ChillaHub, a multi-model AI workspace for broader creative and professional use, and ChillaHub Analytics, an enterprise intelligence product purpose-built for Asia-Pacific FMCG teams.
Our research foundation
Asia-Pacific FMCG market expertise as the backbone of our AI products
Flinders Consulting has spent years building Asia-Pacific FMCG market intelligence — covering food, beverage, and adjacent consumer categories across 15+ markets. This consulting work and the underlying regional data shape how we design AI workflows, evaluate model outputs, and build enterprise products like ChillaHub Analytics. The same domain context informs ChillaHub's broader AI workspace.
FMCG Database
Regional market data covering supply, distribution, retail, and consumer signals across Asia-Pacific food and beverage categories.
Market Research
Years of consulting work on pricing, distribution, category performance, and market expansion for brands operating across APAC.
Data Analysis
Repeatable workflows for commercial, category, and strategy teams — turning regional data into operating decisions.

How We Work
Current over delayed
Market teams need timely operating signals, not only retrospective reports after decisions have passed.
Regional by design
Asia-Pacific markets cannot be reduced to a single global template. Our data and workflows reflect local market differences.
Useful AI over novelty
We focus on repeatable workflows, source-aware answers, and tools that fit how teams already make decisions.
