You own the output generated by our Services based on your Input ("Output"), subject to similar output potentially being generated for other users.

ChillaHub and our service providers retain all rights to our platform, technology, and branding.

8. Content Accuracy and Limitations
AI Limitations: You understand that:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ChillaHub SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
