1About ChillaHub

ChillaHub helps marketing teams produce on-brand visual content. You can browse a gallery of published examples, start from one, apply your own brand assets, and generate finished visuals. The platform is built on our own technology and integrates a range of third-party AI models across our Chat, Image, Video, and Audio modules.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

3Eligibility and Registration

Age requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to hold a ChillaHub account. Anyone under 18 may use the Services only through an account held and supervised by a parent, guardian, or employer, who remains responsible for that use.

Account registration

To use our Services, you must:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Be responsible for all activities under your account
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Free credits on sign-up

Creating an account grants you a one-time allowance of free credits, enough to try the Services and produce your first set of visuals. No payment card is required to register, and the free allowance never converts into a paid plan on its own.

4Services and Features

Our Services include:

Image generation: Producing and editing visuals from text prompts, reference images, or examples in our gallery
Gallery and search: Browsing published examples, searching them by text or by image, and finding similar results
Video and audio: Generation tools available in our Video and Audio modules
Chat: Interactive conversations with the AI models available on your plan

The specific models and features available to you depend on your plan. We may add, change, or withdraw individual models and features, including where a third-party provider changes or discontinues its own service.

5Plans, Billing, and Credits

Free credits

New accounts receive a one-time allowance of free credits. No payment card is required, and the allowance does not roll over into a paid plan automatically.

Monthly subscriptions

Pro and Max are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically each month until you cancel, and the monthly credit allowance is issued at the start of each billing period.

Annual Pass

An Annual Pass is a single upfront payment covering twelve months. It does not renew automatically — when the twelve months end, access stops unless you choose to buy again.

Credit top-ups

Credit packs are one-off purchases with no subscription attached. Purchased credits do not expire and can be used alongside any plan.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We will:

Show the price and the billing frequency before you pay
Process payments through our payment provider — we do not store your full card details
Give at least 30 days notice before changing the price of a subscription you already hold

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a monthly subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Apart from the rights described in sections 12 and 13, we are not obliged to refund unused credits or the remainder of a paid period. If something has gone wrong, contact us at info@chillahub.ai and we will look at it.

6Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services responsibly and legally. You may not:

Use Services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activities
Violate intellectual property rights
Attempt to reverse engineer or extract our underlying systems
Share account credentials with others
Generate harmful, offensive, or misleading content
Use Output to train, fine-tune, or develop a competing AI model, or systematically extract Output in order to replicate the Services
Circumvent usage limits or security measures
Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created

7Content and Intellectual Property

Your content

You retain ownership of content you input into our Services ("Input"). You grant us license to use Input to provide our Services.

AI output

As between you and us, you own the output the Services generate from your Input ("Output"), and you may use it commercially — including in client work, advertising, and other published campaign material.

Because AI models produce results statistically, similar or identical Output may be generated for other users, so we cannot promise that any Output is unique. You are responsible for checking that your use of Output is lawful and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Our IP

ChillaHub and our service providers retain all rights to our platform, technology, and branding.

Third-party content

Our Services may include third-party AI models and services, which are governed by their respective terms.

8Content Accuracy and Limitations

AI limitations. You understand that:

AI-generated content may not always be accurate
You should verify important information independently
Output should not be used for decisions affecting individuals (credit, employment, medical, legal, etc.)
We do not guarantee the reliability of AI responses

9Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how long we keep it, and it forms part of these Terms.

We do not use your prompts, uploads, or generated content to train AI models, and we engage our AI providers on terms that prohibit them from doing so.

10Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend Services for maintenance, security, or other operational reasons.

11Termination

By you

You may stop using our Services at any time and cancel your account.

By us

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

Violate these Terms
Engage in harmful or illegal activities
Have an inactive account for over one year (free accounts)

12Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded. The disclaimer above applies only to the extent that law permits.

13Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ChillaHub SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Where our liability for failing to comply with a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law can be limited, our liability is limited to resupplying the Services or paying the cost of having them resupplied.

14Indemnification

You agree to cover our reasonable losses, damages, and costs (including legal costs) arising from a third-party claim caused by:

Input you submit to the Services, or Output you publish or distribute
Your use of the Services in breach of these Terms
Your breach of any law, or your infringement of a third party's rights

This does not apply to the extent the claim results from our own breach of these Terms or our negligence. We will tell you promptly about any claim we ask you to cover, and you may take over its defence at your own cost provided any settlement releases us fully.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

If something goes wrong, email info@chillahub.ai describing the issue and what you would like us to do. Most matters are resolved this way. We ask that you give us 30 days to respond before starting formal proceedings.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. You and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and the courts able to hear appeals from them.

If you are a consumer outside Australia

Nothing in this section removes the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country where you live, or your right to bring proceedings in your local courts where that law gives you the right to do so.

16Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services change or the law requires. When we do:

We publish the updated Terms on this page and change the effective date shown at the top
For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we give at least 30 days notice by email or an in-product notice before they take effect
If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it takes effect, and we will refund the unused portion of any period you have already paid for

Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
